Cancellation Policy:

The company policy of SalyVIP does not allow for cash or credit refunds. However, if the cancellation is made 24 hours before departure, we can issue you a cash coupon for the value of your ticket which is valid for 6 months. We can also try to modify your journey if notified with enough anticipation.

Additional Note:

  1. Please note that the travel’s duration is an estimation and is dependent on the weather, road conditions, traffic, and other factors.
  2. Be informed that the seat number is an indication and can be changed by us if needed.
  3. Passengers have to reach the bus terminal at least 30 minutes before departure time.
  4. Tickets are exchangeable for only 1 time, up to 6 months from the date of booking/purchase. Please inform us 24 hours before departure time via email: [email protected].
  5. Passengers must present their E-ticket on the phone/tablet to the counter of the company before boarding the bus. There is no need to print the E-ticket.
  6. If pick-up service is provided, passengers must be ready, and wait for pickup service at the defined meeting point - or in the guesthouse or hotel’s lobby at least 45 minutes before departure time. Please always inform your receptionist about your upcoming pickup. Parents may hold infants (below 5 years old) without purchasing an additional ticket.
  7. Please note that each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of luggage (which should not exceed 30Kg for bus and 15Kgs for Minivan) and one additional cabin luggage. Any overweight luggage may be subject to an additional charge.
  8. We are not responsible for the loss of personal objects and valuables such as purses, wallets, money, jewellery.
  9. Any pets, weapons, livestock, illegal products or drugs or hazardous material are strictly prohibited aboard the vehicle. Passengers are not allowed to carry strong-smelling food items aboard (ie. Durian, Prohok, etc.)
