General Information:

• Passengers are required to check in at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Please note that the travel’s duration is an estimation and is dependent on the weather, road conditions, traffic, and other factors.
• Be informed that the seat number is an indication and can be changed by us if needed.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal objects and valuables such as purses, wallets, money, jewelery.
• Any pets, weapons, livestock, illegal products or drugs or hazardous material are strictly prohibited aboard the vehicle. Passengers are not allowed to carry strong-smelling food items aboard (ie. Durian, Prohok, etc.)
• Infants (below 3 years of age) travel for free, if they can sit on their parents' lap

Baggage rules:

• 1 piece of luggage per pax is allowed.
• The luggage weight is allowed from 20-30 kg, Size M or L can accepted.
• For other items, if they exceed, there can be an extra fee for any overweight bags.

Important notice for trips to Thailand:

• This trip is operated under the cooperation between Saly VIP and Rawee Thailand.
• This is not a direct trip. Customers will transfer at the border. The VIP Van is used to serve in Thailand.
• Travelers must have a Valid Passport (and Visa), and other required documents. No refund shall be made if travelers are not allowed to enter because of lacking any documents.
• It's Traveler's responsibility to do immigrant procedures at the border checkpoints. Saly VIP is helpful to fulfill the application for boarding pass at the border; and Saly VIP will give any supports if needed.
• The border is known as "Poi Pet (Cambodia) and Khlong Luek (Thailand)".

• Route to Kampot, Kep and Sihanoukville is a transit at Phnom Penh to VIP Van operating to the destinations.
• Route to Koh Rong/Koh Rong Samloem is a transit at Phnom Penh to Minibus operating to Sihanoukville, and round tickets ferry provided for Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samloem
• Route to Ho Chi Minh is a transit at Phnom Penh to either seating or sleeping bus operating to the destination, and our border is Barvet (Cambodia) & Moc Bai (Vietnam).

• កុមារ (អាយុក្រោម 3 ឆ្នាំ) អាចធ្វើដំណើរដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ ប្រសិនបើពួកគេអាចអង្គុយលើភ្លៅឪពុកម្តាយរបស់ពួកគេបាន។

ឥវ៉ាន់អ្នកដំណើរ:

• អ្នកដំណើរកំណត់ឲ្យមានឥវ៉ាន់មួយសម្រាប់ម្នាក់។
• ទម្ងន់ឥវ៉ាន់អនុញ្ញាតចន្លោះពី 20-30 គីឡូក្រាម ឬមានទំហំ M ឬ L ។
• សម្រាប់ឥវ៉ាន់ផ្សេងៗ ប្រសិនបើលើសកំណត់ អាចមានការថែមប្រាក់បន្ថែមទៅលើឥវ៉ាន់ដែលមានលើសទម្ងន់។

ព័ត៍មានសំខាន់សម្រាប់ការធ្វើដំណើរទៅប្រទេសថៃ:

• ការធ្វើដំណើរនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តក្រោមការសហការណ៍រវាង Saly VIP និង Rawee Thailand។
• ការធ្វើដំណើរនេះគឺមិនធ្វើដំណើរដោយផ្ទាល់ទេ អតិថិជននឹងត្រូវផ្លាស់ប្តូរឡាននៅព្រំដែនដោយរថយន្ត VIP 11 កៅអីអង្គុយ។
• អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរត្រូវតែមានលិខិតឆ្លងដែន (និងវីសា) និងឯកសារផ្សេងទៀតដែលចាំបាច់។ នឹងមិនមានជាការសងប្រាក់ទៅអតិថិជនវិញ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរមិនអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យចូលដោយសារកង្វះខាតនៃឯកសារផ្សេងៗ។
